Does Stillwater require a deposit when booking?
A: - Yes, we require a 40% deposit when booking a lighting project. The remaining balance is due at the time of installation.
What happens if a bulb or strand goes out?
A: - If a bulb or strand goes out prior to January 1st of the service period we will replace the bulb or strand at no cost! Notify us by phone or email. (Our office is closed December 24&25)
When are installations and takedowns?
A: - Installations will start in October with all takedowns scheduled in January.
Does Stillwater install on both residential and commercial properties?
A: - Yes, we install on both residential and commercial properties big or small.
Who owns the lights and materials being installed by Stillwater?
A: - Stillwater owns all lights, power cords, timers, clips and decorations being installed.

A: - Each project is customized to the specific property and customers wishes but our packages start at
$900.00.
