Will the roof cleaning treatment remove moss at the time of service?

  • Not immediately, however as the treatment is designed to kill the moss at the time of service it may take a few weeks for the moss to fully detach from the shingles.  This soft wash process is recognized by ARMA and is the safest way to treat and remove moss. High pressure is not recommended for any roof cleaning treatment as this can detach granules and pull shingles from the roof.

  • To protect the integrity of the concrete it is recommended that your concrete be sealed every 2-3 years. This will help protect it from staining, cracking, spalling and salt intrusion. It's very important in Ohio with our winter climate.
