Do I need to be home at the time of the cleaning?

No, you do not have to be home while the cleaning is being completed. We can email or text you the invoice after completion of the job.
What happens if we need to reschedule due to weather?

Our team will contact you with the soonest available date.
What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept cash (our technicians however do not carry change), checks or debit/credit cards through our invoicing software. If you are not home at the time of service we will email/text you the invoice which will allow you to pay directly .

What should we do to prepare for a house wash?

If you have any potted plants, furniture or other valuables along the house please move them away from your home 10+ feet. We will place a covering over any planted foliage along the home that cannot be moved. Also, make sure all doors and windows are closed and that all persons and pets remain in the house during the cleaning.
How long will my house wash take?

For most average size homes the house wash will take 1-3 hours. Larger homes may take longer.
Will the green algae on my siding come clean with a basic house wash?

Yes, removing all algae is included with a basic house wash.
Will gutter debris be removed with my house wash?

No, our house wash is not intended to remove gutter debris but we do clean the outside face of the gutter.
Are the house wash chemicals safe for our plants and pets?

Yes, our chemicals and our cleaning process are safe for your plants and pets.
Will my windows be cleaned with the house wash?

We do not squeegee or wipe the windows down but they do get rinsed with the house.

Please note homes with well/hard water can potentially leave spotting on windows.
Will you need to use my water?

Although we do bring water with us we still need access to your water spigot to ensure we have enough to complete the cleaning.
Will you remove bird or bees nests?

No, we do not remove nests.
Will the roof cleaning treatment remove moss at the time of service?
-
Not immediately, however as the treatment is designed to kill the moss at the time of service it may take a weeks for the moss to fully detach from the shingles. This soft wash process is recognized by ARMA and is the safest way to treat and remove moss. High pressure is not recommended for any roof cleaning treatment as this can detach granules and pull shingles from the roof.
Will the black streaks on my roof be removed at the time of a roof cleaning treatment?

Yes, our roof cleaning treatment is designed to remove all gloeocapsa magma (black streaks) at the time of the cleaning.
Is the roof cleaning treatment safe for my roof?

Yes, it is 100% safe for your roof. We follow all of the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Associations (ARMA) recommended cleaning methods to safely and effectively bring your roof back to life. This is a complete soft wash process (no pressure washing).

Please note while this treatment is completely safe for the roof and home, it is recommended that you do not have your gutters drain onto blacktop or vegetation. While all precautions will be taken to cover any vegetation, etc, we are not responsible for the drainage design of your property.
Do you clean slate roofs?

Yes, we can safely clean the moss and black streaking from your slate roof. Replacement of a slate roof can easily run upwards of $50,000 depending on material used, making our soft-wash slate roof cleaning service the bargain of the century.
Will all roof debris be removed prior to the cleaning?

We try to remove as much as we can but this does not guarantee all will be removed.
Concrete Clean & Seal:
Should concrete be sealed after a routine cleaning?

To protect the integrity of the concrete it is recommended that your concrete be sealed every 2-3 years. This will help protect it from staining, cracking, freeze/thaw damage, spalling and salt intrusion. It's very important in Ohio with our winter climate.
Will oil stains be removed from my concrete?

Unfortunately the surface cleaning will not remove oil stains but the stains may lighten from the cleaning. However, oil stains can be treated beyond what is included in a basic clean.
Will organic staining from leaves or berries be removed with the cleaning?

Yes, our cleaning process is designed to remove organic staining from your concrete.
